1. Objet

Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) régissent la souscription aux abonnements de l'application mobile Sara, accessible sur App Store et Google Play. L'abonnement peut être souscrit via le site web saraapp.ai ou directement via l'App Store Apple. Les modalités de paiement et de tarification peuvent varier selon le canal de souscription. Ce service est fourni par HealthGenius OÜ, société enregistrée en Estonie sous le numéro 17301786, dont le siège est situé à Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonie.

2. Offres et tarifs

Sara propose trois formules d'abonnement :

  • Gratuit : 0€/mois — accès limité (3 clients, 5 factures/mois, 5 devis/mois)
  • Solo : 29,90€/mois (ou 299€/an) — accès illimité + commandes vocales IA
  • Groupe : 49,90€/mois (ou 499€/an) — tout le Solo + 2 à 3 utilisateurs + support prioritaire

Les prix indiqués sur ce site sont exprimés en euros hors taxes (HT). La TVA applicable sera calculée selon votre pays de résidence au moment de la souscription. Les tarifs peuvent varier selon le mode et le lieu de souscription. L'éditeur se réserve le droit de modifier ses tarifs avec un préavis de 30 jours.

3. Souscription et paiement

L'abonnement peut être souscrit via le site web saraapp.ai ou directement via l'App Store Apple. Le paiement est effectué selon le canal de souscription : par carte bancaire via Stripe sur le site web, ou via le système de paiement de l'App Store Apple. Le renouvellement est automatique chaque mois à la date anniversaire.

4. Résiliation

Vous pouvez résilier votre abonnement à tout moment depuis les paramètres de l'application ou en contactant le support. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours. Aucun remboursement prorata temporis n'est effectué.

5. Droit de rétractation

Conformément à l'article L.221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s'applique pas aux contenus numériques dont l'exécution a commencé avec votre accord. Cependant, nous offrons un essai gratuit sans engagement.

6. Disponibilité du service

L'éditeur s'engage à maintenir une disponibilité du service supérieure à 99% par mois. En cas d'interruption planifiée, les utilisateurs seront prévenus 48h à l'avance.

7. Responsabilité

L'éditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects résultant de l'utilisation de l'application. La responsabilité de l'éditeur est limitée au montant des abonnements payés au cours des 12 derniers mois.

8. Droit applicable

Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit estonien. Tout litige sera porté devant les tribunaux compétents de Tallinn, Estonie.

Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the subscription to Sara mobile application plans, available on the App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions can be taken out via the saraapp.ai website or directly via the Apple App Store. Payment terms and pricing may vary depending on the subscription channel. This service is provided by HealthGenius OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under number 17301786, with registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Plans and Pricing

Sara offers three subscription plans:

  • Free: €0/month — limited access (3 clients, 5 invoices/month, 5 quotes/month)
  • Solo: €29.90/month (or €299/year) — unlimited access + AI voice commands
  • Group: €49.90/month (or €499/year) — everything in Solo + 2 to 3 users + priority support

Prices shown on this website are expressed in euros excluding taxes (ex. VAT). Applicable taxes will be calculated according to your country of residence at the time of subscription. Prices may vary depending on the method and location of purchase. The publisher reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions can be taken out via the saraapp.ai website or directly via the Apple App Store. Payment is made according to the subscription channel: by credit card via Stripe on the website, or via the Apple App Store payment system. Renewal is automatic each month on the anniversary date.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refunds are made.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your agreement. However, we offer a free trial with no commitment.

6. Service Availability

The publisher commits to maintaining service availability above 99% per month. In the event of planned interruption, users will be notified 48 hours in advance.

7. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

٢. الخطط والأسعار

تقدم سارة ثلاث خطط اشتراك:

  • مجاني: 0 يورو/شهر — وصول محدود (3 عملاء، 5 فواتير/شهر، 5 عروض أسعار/شهر)
  • فردي: 29.90 يورو/شهر (أو 299 يورو/سنة) — وصول غير محدود + أوامر صوتية بالذكاء الاصطناعي
  • مجموعة: 49.90 يورو/شهر (أو 499 يورو/سنة) — كل مزايا الخطة الفردية + 2 إلى 3 مستخدمين + دعم ذو أولوية

الأسعار المعروضة على هذا الموقع بالأورو وغير شاملة للضرائب (HT). ستُحسب الضرائب المطبقة وفقاً لبلد إقامتك عند الاشتراك. قد تختلف الأسعار حسب طريقة الاشتراك ومكانه. يحتفظ الناشر بحق تعديل الأسعار مع إشعار مسبق مدته 30 يوماً.

٣. الاشتراك والدفع

يمكن الاشتراك عبر موقع saraapp.ai أو مباشرة عبر متجر Apple App Store. يتم الدفع حسب قناة الاشتراك: ببطاقة الائتمان عبر Stripe على الموقع الإلكتروني، أو عبر نظام الدفع في متجر Apple App Store. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً كل شهر في تاريخ الذكرى السنوية.

٤. الإلغاء

يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو بالتواصل مع الدعم. يسري الإلغاء في نهاية الفترة الحالية. لا تُجرى أي استردادات بالتناسب.

٥. حق الانسحاب

لا ينطبق حق الانسحاب على المحتوى الرقمي الذي بدأ تنفيذه بموافقتك. غير أننا نقدم تجربة مجانية دون أي التزام.

٦. توافر الخدمة

يلتزم الناشر بالحفاظ على توافر الخدمة بنسبة تزيد على 99% شهرياً. في حالة الانقطاع المخطط، سيتم إخطار المستخدمين قبل 48 ساعة.

٧. المسؤولية

لا يتحمل الناشر المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة الناجمة عن استخدام التطبيق. تقتصر مسؤولية الناشر على مبلغ الاشتراكات المدفوعة خلال الـ 12 شهراً الماضية.

٨. القانون المطبَّق

تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون الإستوني. يُحال أي نزاع إلى محاكم تالين المختصة، إستونيا.
